Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We may accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. We do not accept order cancellations

We do not accept returns of discounted (including the use of discount codes), on- sale, or custom products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and provide us with your return tracking number.

We are not responsible for return shipping or return transit damages. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the options for refunds (Full, Partial, or None).

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 working days (Depending on the payment method). We may also offer options of store credit.


In case the piece arrives damaged or defected, please reach out to us within 24 hours and provide us with photos and details. We will then open an investigation with the shippers, and provide a replacement piece once you return the original piece. This is solely at FYORO’s discretion.




We have free standard worldwide shipping, with the option of expedited shipping services. We use HK Post as our standard shipping partner, and FedEx and SF Express as expedited shipping partners.

All of our products are dispatched from our head office in Hong Kong.

We dispatch orders within 5-7 working days after the order is placed (For standard products, times may vary for custom orders).

Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 days, and Expedited shipping takes 1-4 days to deliver after dispatch (depending on where). We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Taxes and Duties

Buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and liaising with their local Government services, customs, and fulfillment centers incase of any incurred taxes and disputes. We cannot guarantee shipping delays due to customs. Taxes and Duties Paid are not refundable.
